JotCV is an AI-powered resume builder platform. We provide tools including resume creation, ATS checking, job matching, AI writing assistance, and resume sharing. Features available depend on your plan.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
JotCV is currently offering free access to all features until June 2026. After this period, some features will be restricted to paid plans. We will provide advance notice before any billing begins.
You agree not to: (a) use JotCV for any unlawful purpose; (b) upload content that is false, misleading, or infringes on third-party rights; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer or copy our platform; (d) use automated tools to scrape or abuse our services.
You retain ownership of the resume content you create on JotCV. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any purpose beyond delivering our service.
Content generated by our AI tools is provided for your use and editing. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and personalizing AI-generated content before using it in job applications. JotCV makes no warranties about the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated text.
The JotCV platform, templates, and branding are owned by JotCV and protected by copyright law. Our templates are licensed for use in resume creation only — you may not redistribute them as standalone design assets.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
JotCV is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that use of JotCV will result in job offers, interviews, or any specific career outcome. We disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
JotCV shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to JotCV in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms. We will notify you via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
